Trouble viewing the Help Center?

If you've navigated to our Help Center and find it appearing empty or can't see any articles, don't worry! The Help Center is designed for your exclusive access. This means that you must be logged into your Café account in order to view the content in our Help Center.

To view our Help Center articles, you must be logged into your Café profile. If you're not currently logged in, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window or tab.

  2. Go to the Café login page.

  3. Enter your Café credentials and log in.

  4. Return to the Help Center.

You should now be able to see and access all the articles tailored for you!

Our Help Center articles are exclusively for our cherished Café users. We aim to provide you with a streamlined, user-friendly experience, and this exclusivity ensures that the support content is specifically relevant to you.
