Setting your office preferences will give you default location options to make status setting quick and easy each week.
To set your preferences:
From the home page, click on a day of the week (the same place you click to make a status)
Click on the gear icon
Set your main office(s) by drag-and-dropping your office(s) into the "Main offices" section
If your office has subspaces, click on the gear icon to select your default space
Drag & drop your default space to the top of the list, then click "Validate" (as shown above)
Now, when you set your status, you'll see that your preferred space is easy to select!
