How does the pre-event survey works?
If an event includes a pre-event survey, users must complete the survey to be listed as attendees.
If someone attempts to join without filling out the form, they will be placed on the waitlist instead.
How does the waitlist work?
Their waitlist position is assigned when they first attempt to attend, but they will only be added as attendees once they have completed the form and a spot becomes available.
If users attempt to join the event through their calendar app, they will receive a notification and email prompting them to complete the survey.
